Grief counselling at your pace, on your terms
Talk with a qualified counsellor by video or phone, from wherever you feel comfortable. You don't need to have the words ready. Counselling can give you room to make sense of your loss and feel less alone with it. We'll work together on ways to cope with the harder days, at a pace that feels right for you.
- Video or phone sessions
- Private and confidential

Grief looks different for everyone
You might feel sad, numb, angry or simply tired. Some days might feel manageable and others might not. There's no right way to feel.
Grief often follows the death of someone close. It can also come after other losses, like a relationship ending, a pregnancy loss or a big change in your life.
Whatever you're carrying, you don't have to carry it alone.
How we can work together
-
Make sense of what you're feeling
A calm, private space to talk about your loss and everything it's brought up.
-
Find ways through the harder days
We work with you on practical strategies that fit your life, like sleep, anniversaries and the moments that catch you off guard.
-
Go at your own pace
There's no timeline for grief. You choose what we talk about and when.

That's okay. You're welcome to call and ask questions first. There's no pressure to book.
Is it confidential?
Yes. What you share stays between you and your counsellor, except in rare situations where someone's safety is at risk. Your counsellor will explain this in your first session.
What do I need for a telehealth session?
A quiet, private space and a phone, tablet or computer. If you'd like to use video, you'll need a camera. We'll send you everything you need before your first session.
